Dua Lipa Dua Lipa, an English singer-songwriter was born in London, on the 22nd of August 1995. Dua Lipa signed to Warner Bros Records after a few years of working and released a self-titled first album in the year 2017. It peaked in at the number three spot in the U.K. charts for albums and included eight songs, which included the U.K. top ten hit song New Rules and Be the One I.D.G.A.F.
